I think it would be a serious problem because so many people moved to cities like Tokyo, in order to get their jobs. It seems like there is only one option for a job, working for a company.
Japanese people want to do the same thing as other people, even though there are so many options to live. That's why the population in the countryside is decreasing more and more.
Agriculture is one of the most important industries in Japan. But many young people don't want to inherit that job.
Now most of the people in the countryside are elderly. It's hard to support them, and I think we have to move there to support the elderly people and to protect their industry. It might be possible to do so with technology.
